Guess Who's 2

Not so long ago we met up with some of our good friends to celebrate their daughter, Louise's, 2nd Birthday! We ended up meeting at a local children's museum, and got to run around and play with Louise. She had so much fun splashing around in the water, making giant bubbles with the bubble machine, and climbing up and over lots of toys. It's been such a pleasure watching her grow up these past 2 years.

Luminous Field

Last month, for 10 short days, the city of Chicago ran a light/music installation called Luminous Field at the famous Cloud Gate sculpture in Millennium Park. We were able to check it out on its last day & I'm so so glad we did! The colors & textures were beautiful. The music was soothing. And I swear, I couldn't do anything else but smile.

I'd giddy over the peplum trend! Michelle Williams was hands down my best dressed at the Oscars in her gorgeous red Louis Vuitton peplum dress. I love how its structure nips you in a the waist and accentuates feminine curves.
